On your arrival at Madrid airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in the capital city. Soon afterward, you will begin your discovery of Spain with a historic Madrid walking tour.
On this three-hour tour, you will be accompanied by a knowledgeable guide. Learn all about Madrid’s interesting history and the monarchy. You will see various squares, monuments and buildings of the city from the outside. Enjoy your walk around the old town to see the main sites and attractions.

Today, you will discover the fascinating city of three cultures – Toledo, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Home to a mix of cultures due to the presence of Christians, Jews and Moors in the middle ages, Toledo still showcases this legacy in the form of churches, cathedrals, mosques, and synagogues.
On your tour, you will first enjoy a panoramic view of this land of royalty and rich history. Proceed to the old town for a public two-hour walking tour with a guide. As you walk along the cobblestone streets, you will see a mosque and a synagogue.
Afterward, relish a traditional Castilian lunch. Then, visit one of the twelve windmills made famous by Cervantes in his book Don Quixote. Take a close look at the windmill with its 500-year-old mechanism that was once used to grind flour.

Your public tour starts at the impressive and extensive 2000-year-old Roman Aqueduct. First, you will head to the vibrant Central Market to choose your ingredients for the paella, including some that make the Valencian paella truly authentic. You can choose from three paella options: Traditional Valencian, Seafood or Vegetarian.
Then, it’s time to cook in the kitchen during a fun, informative and interesting class. The chef will guide you and the other students all along and you will even pick up some great Spanish cooking tricks that make the food so delicious.
After you and the group have cooked the paella, it’s time to sit down and enjoy the tasty meal.
Visit City of Arts and Sciences, and Enjoy Wine Tasting
Valencia is a beautiful blend of the ancient and modern. On your tour today, you will visit the modern City of Arts and Sciences.
One option is to visit all the attractions - the Science Museum, the Hemisfèric Cinema, and the Oceanographic Park - with a single ticket. Or if you wish to visit only specific attractions, opt for a combined ticket. This gives access to any two places: Museum + Hemisfèric film, Oceanographic Park + Museum, or Oceanographic Park + Hemisfèric film.
Later, in the evening, unwind with a wonderful tasting session of local Valencia wines in the old town. You will have a private tasting for your group conducted by an industry professional. See Antoni Gaudi’s Architectural Works
On a four-hour private vehicle BCN Insider Tour, you will see some of the best sights of Barcelona with a guide. This includes a 60 to 90-minute walking tour of Barcelona’s old quarter including Barri Gòtic, the Born (Ribera) and the Port Vell (old port). If you prefer to avoid walking, there is an option to go by van. Afterward, spend a couple of hours seeing the genius of Antoni Gaudi’s architectural masterpieces. See the exterior of the spectacular Sagrada Familia, the La Pedrera (Casa Mila) and Casa Batlló. In case you want to visit the Park Güell, another of Gaudi’s fantastic creations, you have the option of doing so by not going to one of the other sites.
Touring the insides of some of these places too can be arranged but will require additional time, maybe even an extra day.
Later, visit the impressive Picasso Museum where more than 4000 works of the gifted Pablo Picasso are displayed.
Travel to Montserrat Mountain Monastery
Today, you will journey to a remarkable mountain monastery, Montserrat
Set out on a guided tour of this impressive monastery situated at 2378 ft. above sea level. You might even get the opportunity to see and hear the famous Boys’ Choir perform and visit the “Moreneta de Montserrat” (one of the black Madonnas of Europe).
You will also go for a short walk to Santa Cova, where the black Madonna is believed to have been originally found. Then, proceed to the base of Montserrat to have a tasty Catalan country cuisine lunch.

With its splendid collection of Catalan art from the 12th to the 20th centuries, the museum is a must for art lovers. Especially interesting is the Romanesque collection. Many of these works were ‘rescued’ from tenth-century churches in the Pyrenees. You can also take a look at the carvings and paintings by Catalan masters Bernat Martorell and Jaume Huguet.
