Welcome To South Africa!
Your adventure starts when arriving in Johannesburg. Upon arrival, you will be met by a representative who will transfer you to your hotel situated next to the Sandton Mall and Nelson Mandela Square.
The rest of the day is at leisure to relax and unwind after your long flight.

After breakfast, you will be met by your guide for a guided Soweto Tour, the biggest and most vibrant township in South Africa, which is increasingly becoming one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country.
The city of Johannesburg is the engine of Africa, the economic hub of the country, and has a wealth of historic and cultural experiences to offer the enthusiastic tourist. Enjoy a local meal at a popular South African restaurant in Soweto. The Soweto Township Experience - South of Johannesburg is Soweto, a city developed as a township for black people under the apartheid system.
Most of the struggle against apartheid was fought in and from Soweto. Soweto is inhabited by over two million people, with homes ranging from extravagant mansions to makeshift shacks.
Go To Mabula Game Lodge
After breakfast, check out. You should make your way to Mabula Lodge. An extraordinary encounter with South Africa’s bushveld awaits you at Mabula Game Lodge, located just two-and-a-half hours’ drive from Johannesburg in the Malaria Free Waterberg region of the Limpopo Province.

That’s not to mention the elusive cheetah, cheeky honey badger and the omnipresent crèches of warthogs that flit across one’s path during your game drive at Mabula Game Lodge. Upon arrival at the lodge, you have time to freshen up, enjoy lunch, and take a nap before you enjoy an afternoon game drive in search for the Big 5!

Travel To Durban
Fly to Durban!
Get ready to hike the highest mountain in South Africa! Embark on a final morning game drive and breakfast before you check out and transfer to the ORT Airport to board your flight to Durban.
After a two hour flight, you will arrive in Durban. You will be met and transferred to your camping spot relatively close to the start of the hike. You will have a climb briefing in the afternoon and check all the equipment before a traditional South African dinner around a roaring fire.
Start Your Hike In Injasuthi Valley
After breakfast, you will drive through to the starting point of the hike situated in the Injasuthi Valley. The drive takes about 1.5 hours and takes you into a pretty remote part of the mountains where you will get your first glimpse of the magnificent sandstone formations that make up a lot of the Drakensberg range.
You can then begin the hike. The first part of the hike is fairly flat and you will have lunch at an ancient Bushman painting cave.
You will have a long steep slog up to your campsite for the night: Centenary Hut. This will be a long day today especially the last two hours, but once at the camp a hot cup of coffee and the incredible view will soon lift your spirits.

Go Hiking Today!
After an early breakfast, you will pack up camp and start the trek that will eventually see you topping out on the escarpment. The first two hours of the hike involve some contouring around the massive basalt cliffs that make up the Drakensberg until you reach the base of Judges Pass.
After a brief rest, you will climb up the steep pass and the effects of the altitude will most likely be felt. The average time to climb the pass is about 2.5 hours. Once on the top, you will have time to rest and recover for the final part of the hike. The final stretch is flat for about an hour before the route steepens once again.
Another hour or so up the slope until you reach your humble abode for the night - the Upper Injasuthi Cave. There are some incredible views of the Injasuthi Triplets below.

Bask In The South African Sunrise
You will wake up early, fuel up on hot coffee and a quick bite to eat and then head west towards the summit.
The hike from the cave takes about an hour and is not too steep although it will leave you breathless. Try and reach the summit to take in the first rays of a South African sunrise.
You will spend about half an hour on the summit before making your way back down via Judges Pass to Centenary Hut for another night. Your guides will have safety ropes in case you need them.

Hike Down The Burns
After breakfast, you will start to hike back down ‘the burns’ heading towards the Injasuthi Campsite where you started the hike.
Then, you'll pile in the car and take a drive through to the Northern Drakensberg where you will spend the night celebrating a successful summit of the highest mountain in South Africa.
Return To Durban!
Head back to Durban!
After breakfast, pack and drive to Durban where you will be staying for two nights.
The rest of the day is at leisure to relax and unwind after your hiking trip.
Explore The Sites Of Durban
After breakfast, you will travel along the Golden Mile, the revitalized beachfront promenade which hugs the beckoning beaches of Durban, before viewing the Point Waterfront.
Continue to the small craft harbour viewing the eighth largest harbour in the world. Drive past the sugar terminals and the busy harbour warehouses on your way to the University of Natal – Durban. You will then proceed to an icon of KwaZulu-Natal, the Moses Mabhida Stadium, where you will have the option of experiencing the cable car ride to the top of the stadium for that phenomenal view of Durban and its surroundings.
You will then escape from civilization and journey inland through villages and the rolling countryside which gives way to the most spectacular vista, known as the Valley of a Thousand Hills. At Phezulu, you will be immersed in the fascinating culture and traditions of a proud Zulu Nation.
Travel To Cape Town
Fly to Cape Town!
After breakfast and check out you will be transferred to King Shaka International Airport to board your flight to Cape Town where you will be staying for three nights.
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to your beachfront hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy all this hotel has to offer.

Meet Cute Penguins
Meet the penguins of Africa! After breakfast, you will enjoy a Full Day Guided Cape Point Tour along the scenic Atlantic seaboard coastal road. You can pass the pristine beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, see the 12 Apostles Peaks, Hout Bay, and the Sentinal.
You will drive from there through the most beautiful scenic road, Chapman’s Peak. You can also visit the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, home to ‘fynbos’, wild animals and birds.
You have an option of enjoying lunch at the restaurant with views of False Bay Optional funicular to the lighthouse. Visit Boulders Beach to see the African penguins. Afterward, drive through Simons Town.
