Welcome To Bogota!
Arrive in Bogotá. You will be met at the airport by your English-speaking guide.
The city's cultural epicenter is La Candelaria, the historic downtown where you will stay in a cozy colonial hotel.
Enjoy your evening and make yourself ready for this beautiful trip!
Explore The Sights Of Bogota
Your local English-speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel for a half day bike tour through Bogotá. The tour starts with the exploration of 'La Candelaria', the historical center of Bogotá.
You will also explore other neighborhoods and make a stop at "Paloquemao", the most famous fruit and flower market of the city. You will then make a short stop at a coffee roasting fabric before you head back to the hotel. In the afternoon you´ll have free time to get to know the local people, known for their hospitality, and visit other highlights of this city: the amazing Gold Museum, and the Botero Museum.
You can even climb the Cerro de Monserrate by cable car so you can have a breathtaking view of the whole city!
Marvel At The Guatavita Secret Lake
A driver will pick you up from your hotel. You will be transported to Guatavita to visit the sacred lake of Guatavita with a local guide. This lake was the place where the crown ceremony of Caciques was held, which is part of the legendary ritual of El Dorado.
At the end of the tour, the driver will bring you to the Salt Mine of Nemocón. The tour lasts about 1 to 1,5 hours and you will go as far as 80 meters underground. Interesting fact: in this mine was recorded, the movie “The 33”, which tells the history of the miners in Chile.
After the visit, the driver will bring you back to your hotel in Bogotá.
Spend Time At The Tanimboca Nature Reserve
Today you will fly to Leticia. Upon arrival in Leticia the local guide will meet and greet you. It is time to admire the beauty of Tanimboca Natural Reserve.
But before you get into it a typical Colombian lunch is waiting for you. After that you will make a walk through the jungle and with luck you will see the howler monkeys and a family of parrots as well as different kinds of astonishing plants

Go On An Ecological Walk
Rise and shine! After breakfast, you will go by boat to the Natural Reserve “El Milagro de Marasha” in Peru, where you will make a beautiful walk surrounded by the awe-inspiring nature.
After a typical Peruvian lunch, get ready for a canoe trip to observe the flora and fauna of the region and to fish piranhas.
After dinner, there is the possibility to spot the black caiman with a canoe.
Spend Time On the Magical Monkey Island
After breakfast you walk back to the river and leave by boat to Puerto Nariño with a visit to “Isla de los Micos” (monkey island).
After lunch in Puerto Nariño you will visit the lakes of Tarapoto for observation of pink and gray dolphins.
After having admired these remarkable creatures, you will leave in the direction of San Martin de Amacayacu, this is a community of the ethnic group Ticuna, on the Amacayacu River, a tributary of the Amazon River and the border of the National Park Amacayacu.

Return To Serene Leticia
You will return to Leticia.
After lunch, you will be transferred to the airport for your domestic flight to Pereira over Bogotá. At your arrival in Pereira transport to the coffee farm.
See The Flora And Fauna Of The Nevados Region
Are you ready for another exciting day? Meet with the driver and guide at the hotel. You will drive to Salento with a stop at the “Mirador”. After the stop, it will take another 30 minutes through a beautiful valley to reach the astonishing Valle de Cocora where you can spot the highest (wax) palm trees in the world.
This “palma de cera”, grows until 65 meters high and is the national tree of Colombia. You will make a short hike and the guide will tell you about the local flora and fauna of the Nevados area. After your visit at the Cocora Tal you will take your transport back to the colourful village of Salento where you will embark a jeep Willys to go to Finca el Ocaso, a typical coffee farm situated close to the village of Salento.

Rise and shine! Todays’ day is free. You can enjoy your free time relaxing at the pool and drinking a delicious cup of coffee.

Visit The City Of Everlasting Spring
In the morning you will be picked up by a Spanish-speaking driver at the hotel and transported to Medellín. Medellín is the second largest city in Colombia and one of the most attractive, safest and most innovative metropolises in Latin America.
The El Poblado district, where you will stay, is a wealthy and safe neighborhood of Medellín, and perhaps the easiest and best place to stay. It has modern and trendy restaurants, good coffee shops, fancy boutiques and beautiful parks.
The weather in Medellín is quite mild, and the city lives up to its reputation as the “City of everlasting spring”. At your arrival, enjoy some free time to to have your first taste of the city.

Gety ready for a fun tour of the amazing Medellin. A local English-speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you around “the city of eternal spring”. Explore downtown and the historical center where you will find Plaza Botero, full with sculptures of the famous artist Fernando Botero.
Take a ride in the cable car metro to the neighborhood Santo Domingo, which was once a notorious area with gang violence. Here you will have a spectacular view over the city. Don't forget to bring your camera with you!

Embark On A Day Trip To Santa Fe De Antioquia
Embark on a day trip to Santa Fe de Antioquia and the Puente de Occidente. A 2 hours’ drive through the scenic landscapes of the Western Andean highlands will take you to Santa Fe de Antioquia.
This town was founded in 1541 on the Western bank of the Cauca River and became the first capital of Antioquia in 1584. It is declared a Cultural Heritage Village thanks to its colonial architecture with many historic churches and Plazas.
Prepare yourself for a visit of the famous Puente de Occidente, which is one of the longest and oldest suspension bridges in Latin America. You will also have the opportunity to visit the Museum of "Juan del Corral". Return to Medellín in the afternoon.
Off to Magnificent Cartagena
In the morning you will be transferred to the airport in Medellín, where you will take your flight to Cartagena.
You will have free time to discover this romantic city, which is surrounded by a wall that used to protect the city from pirates. Because of its colonial appearance, Cartagena is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Today you will enjoy a free day at Isla del Encanto. You will be transferred to the dock, where you will take a boat which will take you to the Island.
