Admire the scenic views of the Andalusian countryside as you drive to Ronda today.
Upon your arrival in Ronda, gaze at the dramatic El Tajo Gorge, an iconic natural landmark that slices the town into the old and new districts.
Visit La Melonera, an organic winery. The layout of the vineyards here, and the way in which they are cultivated comes from a combination of a respect for organic growing principles and the local climate.
El Payoya Negra, La Encina del Inglés, and the MHV Collection present the unique personality of grape varieties which are unlike any others in existence and which are produced and aged in a stunning natural setting.
Visit an Olive Oil Mill
Spend a unique morning in the Spanish countryside visiting a functioning olive oil mill.
The original mill is located in a renovated white washed Spanish cortijo, where you will be greeted by the owners who will offer you a traditional breakfast of fresh bread, olive oil, local goat cheese, and much more.
The tour will then take you through both the original mill and then to the modern functioning mill. You will be shown the olive groves, where you will learn about the cultivation and harvest of olive trees.
The tour will end with a fascinating blind tasting of different oils to see if you are able to distinguish qualities and flavours of the various olive oils.
Next, visit the Dimobe Winery. Seven small oak barrels marked the beginning of a family tradition of dedication to create the most exquisite wine of the region of Montes de Málaga from sun-dried grapes grown in this area.
