"Generally good, I met the staff at their office and they were very nice folks the trip to Uyuni was unfortunately a disaster. There was apparently no coordination folks in La Paz and those in Uyuni. What was laid out in my itinerary a d what the driver thought we were to do was completely different. He spoke no English which I was aware of, he was very nice fellow but didn't know what was supposed to be done. I have asked for a refund of that part of the expenses and await a response from her. Having said that the guide was very nice and her knowledge of the sites was amazing.
