Welcome to Uganda!
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and transfer to the hotel for your overnight stay.
Entebbe is a small town located on the shores of Lake Victoria, the largest fresh water lake in Africa. Entebbe is the closest town to Entebbe International Airport, which is the main gateway to Uganda.
Entebbe is an ideal town to spend your first night in Uganda. It has a more relaxed atmosphere than Kampala, made up of Entebbe Town and the suburb of Kitoro, where you will find bars, markets, and shops.
Transfer to Magnificent Bwindi National Park
In the early morning, leave Entebbe and drive south to Bwindi National Park.
Make a stopover at the Equator and have lunch in Mbarara, the capital town of the Ankole region.
You will see the typical acacia savannah and the terraced hills where the people rear the long-horneed Ankole cattle.
The transfer will take up most of the day, approximately 8 hours.
Have dinner at Bwindi and stay overnight.
Go Gorilla Tracking
After an early breakfast and briefing from the guides of the Uganda Wildlife Authority, set off for your gorilla tracking experience in the forest sanctuary.
The activity starts at 8:00 and you will join the other members according to the distribution of the gorilla families, only eight people per family each day.
You need to carry your own packed lunch, enough drinking water, a rain jacket in case of rain, and trekking boots, while the rangers will provide you with a walking stick.
If you are not sure of your fitness level you might hire a porter and pay him a tip to help you carry the bag. It is unpredictable how long it will take to find the primates as they freely move into the forest.
However, the encounter with the gorillas lasts for about one hour and it will certainly be a rewarding experience. After the trekking, go back to the lodge at leisure.
Have dinner and stay there overnight.
Fly to Nairobi
After breakfast today you will return to Enetebbe, stopping for lunch en route. In the evening, catch a flight from Entebbe to Nairobi. Spend the night in Nairobi in a bed and breakfast.
Make Your Way to Magical Lake Nakuru National Park
Get ready for an early morning pick-up, then drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Across the Equator south of Bogoria, lies the Rift Valley's famous Lake Nakuru.
Known all over the world for its flamingoes, this alkaline lake is recognized as being one of the natural wonders of the world.
Lake Nakuru is now a rhino sanctuary, harboring a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos, but the flamingos, of course, have always been the main attraction.
At times there may be almost 2 million flamingos in residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lake shore.
Arrive in time for lunch then go for an afternoon game drive.
Have dinner and stay there overnight.
Admire the Stunning Wildlife at the Masai Mara National Reserve
Go for an early morning drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve.
This is one of the few places left on Earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa.
As the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and attendant predators.
Arrive in time for lunch followed by an afernoon game drive.
Have dinner and stay overnight.
We highly recommended the wonderful balloon flight over the Mara plains as an optional tour.
Spot the Big Five in the Masai Mara
Spend the next two full days in the Masai Mara with a flexible schedule and unlimited mileage.
Afer breakfast, go on a full-day game drive with packed lunch provided.
The reserve is well known for its black-maned lion as well as its abundant resident wildlife. This is also one of the few places where it's possible to see the Big Five during a morning's game drive.
Many of the cheetahs are so tame they seek shelter from the hot sun under one's vehicle and several even climb onto the roof to get a better view of prospective prey.
For bird enthusiasts, almost 500 species have been recorded. Among these there are 16 species of eagle, plus many hawks and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks, 4 of bustard (including the Kori bustard, the world's heaviest flying bird), and 9 species of sun birds.

Drive to Incredible Serengeti National Park

After border formalities, drive to the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania.
It will be a long day of driving but the game drives in and out of the parks can be incredible.
Serengeti means "endless plains" in Kiswahili and this 6,900-sq.-mile (18,000-sq.-km) park is inhabited by more than 2 million large animals including more than one million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of plains zebras, and Thomson's gazelles.
Discover the Stunning Wildlife in the Serengeti National Park
Enjoy two full days in the Serengeti with a flexible schedule and unlimited mileage.
As you crest the hillside spread out before you, as far as the eyes can see, is the vast Serengeti.
Large predators including lions, cheetahs, and hyenas are drawn to the area by this abundance of prey which migrates throughout the park.
Many smaller animals like rock hyrax, bat eared foxes, mongoose, honey badger, jackals, monkeys, baboons, and African hares also inhabit the area along with nearly 500 species of birds.
Benefit from an afternoon game drive en route to the campsite.

The sunrise in the African savannah is one of the most beautiful experiences one can have.
After the game drive, return to the camp for brunch.
In the afternoon, transfer to Ngorongoro, the 8th natural wonder of the world. With 2000-ft high walls and a crater floor that spreads for 102-sq.-miles, the crater is a virtual Noah's Ark, inhabited by almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa, including the rare black rhino.
In fact, the crater has the greatest concentration of wild life on the planet.
Transfer to your accommodaon for dinner and overnight stay.

It contains a river, several swamps, a soda lake that from the top looks like steam full of flamingoes, a forest, and open plains. The large bull elephants that reside here have extremely large tusks due to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and its grasses. They are the most incredible elephants you'll ever see in your life!
After the game drive there will be time for a picnic lunch near the beautiful Hippo Lake.
After lunch, you will have time for a short game drive and then ascend the crater and exit Ngorongoro Conservation Area towards Lake Manyara.
Enjoy One Last Game Drive in Manyara
Afer breakfast, go on a morning game drive in Manyara.
In the afternoon, transfer to Arusha. This enchanting park is noted for its beauty and incredibly lush acacia forest of giant fig and mahogany trees, which are home to troops of baboons and blue monkeys. The park is also home to large numbers of buffalos, giraffes, elephants, impalas, and a hippo lake, where large numbers of hippos usually gather.
Well known for its birds, Lake Manyara is also know for its bird diversity.
The game drives are done along the shore of the lake, providing incredible views of giraffes and buffalos in the foreground with the lake, flamingos and flat plains in the horizon.
