Welcome to South Africa!
You are in South Africa, can you believe it? You will arrive in Cape Town International Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed by your guide. After getting things sorted, collect your rental car and drive to your hotel in Cape Town. The view out of the car window will give you a first impression of this multi-cultural, colourful city and its great inhabitants. Spend the night in a standard room at Clarendon Bantry Bay, a villa of the stylish Bantry Bay area facing the ocean.
Discover Cape Town
This day will be structured just as you wish. Spend a day at leisure to explore Cape Town, known to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world!
Suggestions: Take the cable car and ascend to the top of Table Mountain (if the weather allows). The floor of the cable car rotates through 360° during the ascent or descent, giving passengers a panoramic view of the city. From the top of the mountain at 1000 meters above sea level, a bordwalk will enable you to get different view point of the city and the Atlantic Ocean.

One day is not enough to discover Cape Town to the fullest - spend another day as you wish in beautiful Cape Town.
Suggestions: You can commence this discovery with a little stop in the small fishing village of Hout Bay. This fishing village is a cosy little hamlet surrounded by mountains to the North, East and West and the Ocean to the South. Home to bustling craft markets, antique shops, a beautiful beach and a thriving fishing community. The harbour is also where many boat cruises depart from to Duiker Island. This small island is home to thousands of Cape Fur Seals and local birdlife. The boat ride lets you see the Cape Peninsula from a new perspective.
Explore the Country's Excellent Wines
Today, you will explore the Cape Winelands.
Departure for Stellenbosch, a university town in the beautiful wine region of the Western Cape. The oldest city in South Africa with Cape Town is beautifully maintained with typical Cape-Dutch style buildings (the name given to the Cape architecture inspired by the Dutch). You can visit the wineries and taste wines including the Pinotage, a typical South African grape, a cross of Pinot Noir and Cinsault. Visit of the village of Franschhoek, the South African gourmet capital located in one of the most beautiful valleys in the country. Night in a standard room at Clarendon Bantry Bay, a villa of the stylish Bantry Bay area facing the ocean.
Scenic Road to St.Lucia
The journey continues: Drive to Cape Town airport to drop off your rental car. Collect another rental car at the airport and drive along the Indian Ocean to St Lucia - a charming, quiet village in the St Lucia estuary (make sure to enjoy the views along the way!). St Lucia is the best place in South Africa to encounter crocodiles and hippos. Overnight stay at Serene Estate Guest House.
Discover incredible Isimangaliso National Park
Today, you have a full day to discover the Isimangaliso National Park. Due to its incredible biodiversity, it is the first place in South Africa to be inscribed on the World Heritage list of UNESCO. The park is home to a population of 800 hippos and 1,200 crocodiles, as well as rhinos and many antelopes. Embark on a boat trip on the St Lucia estuary to watch hippos and crocodiles. Rhinos at Hluhluwe-Imfolozi National Park
Next stop: The wildlife national park Hluhluwe-Imfolozi. You will depart in the morning to drive to a national park of a special kind - it is famous for its rhino conservation work. Discover all of it on a real safari, with your own vehicle through the many hills of the reserve.

Another day for you to spend in Swaziland. Discover the Ezulwini Valley, which extends between the kingdom's capital Mbabane and the main economic center of the country Manzini. A visit of Ezulwini is an immersion in the Swazi culture with its handicraft centers, cultural markets and villages. Visit Mantenga Cultural Village, where you can visit a typical village and attend a show with traditional songs and dances. Do not miss the Mlilwane Reserve, a true wildlife gem, and explore the area with a high abundance of animals in their natural habitat by foot, mountain bike, horseback or with your car. You get the chance to spot zebras, impalas, wildebeests, hippos and rhinos! Dinner and overnight stay at Reilly's Rock Hilltop Lodge.
En route to famous Kruger National Park
Today, you will drive to one of the largest and most famous wildlife parks in Africa, the world-renown Kruger Park.
The estimated travel time is 5 hours. But don't worry - there are many things to discover on the way! You cross the border between Swaziland and South Africa at Jeppe's Reef in the north of Swaziland. On the road to the border, visit the Ngwenya glass factory and the Piggs Peak craft center. You reach one of the entrance gates on the south side of the Kruger park and start a safari with your own car until your rest-camp. Overnight stay at Lukimbi Lodge.
Safari in the Kruger Park
Today, embark on a safari with your own car between the camp and an exit gate of the Kruger Park. Visit the Klaserie private game reserve, one of the largest of the "Greater Kruger National Park" with almost 60 000 hectares of unspoilt countryside that stretches along the banks of the Klaserie River. This river is a major asset of the reserve because it is a privileged place to observe the animals who come to drink from the river. What an experience!
You will spend the night at Savanna Lodge. The lodge promises a unique encounter with wildlife in a luxurious setting in the private reserve of Sabi Sand, renowned for watching leopards. The view from the terrace is breath-taking. You can watch the animals come to drink at the waterhole. Night in a luxury suite with private pool and outdoor shower.

Magnificent Views at the "Window of God"
Today, discover the Mpumalanga region and Blyde River Canyon along the scenic route R532. Visit the "Window of God", which offers magnificent views across the Lower Veld. If you feel like it, you can also explore the three Rondavels, that look like three typical African huts or gaze at the Bourke's Luck Potholes and its rock formations in pots shape created by erosion. There are many activities to choose from.
Explore the Blyde River Canyon and its Surroundings
There is so much to see in this area. Spend another day in this beautiful area of the Blyde River Canyon. If you haven't already: Visit the Waterfalls named after the cities Lisbon and Berlin or the mining town of Pilgrim's Rest, where gold prospecting was in full swing during one century to the early 1970s. Don't miss out on the Mac Mac Pools, natural pools in a forest setting where it is possible to do a little walking tour. Night at Summerfields Rose Retreat and Spa.

With many new experiences, encounters with spectacular wild animals and so many memories in your head (probably supported by pictures, too), your journey has to come to an end. You will depart for Johannesburg airport where you return your rental car and board your onward flight.
