Explore Cape Town at Your Own Pace

Today is yours to spend at your leisure and there are so many things to see and do!

Your guide will be at your service to take you on a fascinating journey through the city of Cape Town and its spectacular surroundings.

Some options for today could include a visit to Company Gardens to see charming aviaries and fish ponds. Art lovers may want to spend some time at the South Africa National Gallery

The District Six Museum is another interesting option, which showcases an important part of Cape Town’s history. This community, made from a melting pot of cultures: freed slaves, merchants, artisans, and immigrants, was demolished in 1966 under the Group Areas Act of Apartheid. Today the area lays barren – a scar in Cape Town’s landscape. Learn about the personal stories of citizens from District Six, which are preserved in the fascinating museum.
