From here, you'll be getting a private transfer from the airport to Bergzicht Guest House. Bergzicht is named for its fabulous view as "bergzicht" is the Dutch word for "Mountain View."
You'll have the opportunity to unwind from your flight here, settle in and prepare for the adventure of a life time.
Take a nap and relax, and then maybe go out to one of the fabulous places to eat nearby.
Cape Town is famous for its fabulous views and its food, so you can't go wrong. Feel free to ask the staff for suggestions on where to go!
Discover Captivating Cape Town
Enjoy a lovely breakfast at your leisure and then head out to explore!
Get a taste of the thriving center of Cape Town in the shelter of Table Mountain on a half-day city tour.
Here, you will find a number of the Cape’s top attractions, from the imposing Castle of Good Hope to the colorful cottages of the Bo Kaap, the bustling Green Market Square, the South African Museum, the beautiful Company Gardens, and plenty.
In the evening, go on a Township Tour. This tour will take you to the legendary District Six area, to some of Cape Town’s thriving townships, such as Langa and Khayelitsha.
Enjoy local delicacies as well as traditional dancing. Visit local schools, churches, shebeens and many other fascinating things.
Take a Tour to the Cape Peninsula
Once again you'll wake up to have a lovely breakfast at your leisure and then on to seeing some of the most iconic sites around Cape Town!
You'll be driving around the magnificent Table Mountain National Park and going on a tour of the Cape Peninsula.
A bucket list item on any trip to the area, this tour includes visiting world heritage sites, seeing the adorable (but very bitey!) penguins on Boulders Beach, and seeing the brightly-colored beach huts lining the beach in Muizenberg.
Have a Tram Curated Wine Experience in Franschhoek
This morning you'll be having a lovely breakfast at your hotel and then you'll enjoy a Tram Curated Wine Experience.
Start the day with a journey to a local wine estate by tram, where a knowledgeable wine guide weaves the facts, figures and scientific aspects of winemaking into interesting stories about Franschhoek’s history of wine and culture.
During this engaging and interactive experience you'll be guided through, and have an opportunity to sample the subtle tastes of the terroir, as well as learning about the local grape varieties, cultivars and the aspects of viticulture which are unique to Southern Africa.
A tour of the estate wine cellar will be followed by a specially curated three-course lunch at the estate restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit two additional Franschhoek wine estates, enjoying premium wine tasting at each estate.
Catch a Glimpse of the Big Five on Your First Safari
This morning you'll be flying to Nelspruit and heading to Nambu Camp, located in the Big Five Balule Private Game Reserve in the heart of the Greater Kruger area.
Go on your first safari in the late afternoon, where you'll have your first opportunity to catch a glimpse of the Big Five: lions roaring; elephants trumpeting, buffalos lurking in long grass, rhinos standing stately under a thorn tree, and leopards prowling in the gathering darkness.
You’ve seen the Big Five in books and you’ve seen them on TV, but it’s time to come and see the real thing for yourself!
Go on an Early Morning Safari
This morning you'll be waking up at the crack of dawn to go on your first early morning safari.
As the sun rises, you'll be heading out to see animals coming out to get water, eat vegetation, and go on the hunt before it gets too hot!
After this, you'll be able to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and explore the camp a bit.
During the heat of the day, relax by the camp’s poolside or bird watch from the lodge’s vast viewing platform overlooking a bustling waterhole, winding dry riverbed, and the Balule Reserve's undulating landscape.

Later on, you'll take a private tour of one of Africa's great natural wonders, the Blyde River Canyon, along the Panorama Route.
This route includes a view of the world's third largest canyon, and it offers a dramatic terrain of lush mountain peaks, raging rivers, dozens of waterfalls and one of the largest forest areas in South Africa.
Take your time to explore this extraordinary area.
Lunch is included, as you'll stop for pancakes at the famous Harrie’s Pancakes in Graskop.
Drive to the Victoria Falls Waterfront
This morning you''ll be waking up in Graskop and heading towards the magnificence of Victoria Falls.
Get a private transfer from Gecko Lodge and go to Nelspruit Airport, where you will board your flight to Zambia.
From here, travel to the Victoria Falls Waterfront.
The Victoria Falls constitute one of the most spectacular natural wonders of the world.
Local people call this waterfall in Southern Africa on the Zambezi River, at the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe, "Mosi-oa-Tunya"- the smoke that thunders.
There is a magic about them manifested in the towering column of spray when the river is high, the thunder of the falling water, the terrifying abyss and the tranquil lagoons upstream in which hippo and crocodiles lurk.
Discover Gorgeous Victoria Falls
Join a Tour of Victoria Falls.
It’s a truly awe-inspiring experience – the sight, the sound, the smell, and the humbling feeling that here indeed there is nature’s supreme masterpiece.
No photograph can do justice to reality…and nothing prepares you for your first sight of it!
Afterwards, relax by the pool, grab something to eat for lunch and prepare yourself for the evening ahead. To cap off a fabulous day, you'll be going on a Zambezi Sunset cruise, which is a superb way to relax and enjoy the spectacular beauty of the Zambezi River.
Flocks of birds skim the waterline as the sun sets behind the African skyline. You might have the opportunity to see a variety of game, including hippo, crocodile, and elephant, as well as many different bird species.
Go on a Game Drive Through Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park
Today, you'll be going on a trip to a traditional village.
The local Livingstone Chief, Chief Makuni, encourages visitors to visit his village, which is home to some 7,000 Leya people, to gain valuable knowledge of how an African village is run and the day-to-day routines of the people who live there.
Later, go on a game drive through Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park which hugs the banks of the upper Zambezi and is home to some of Africa’s biggest personalities, such as the white rhino, buffalo, elephant, antelope, as well as a host of bird life.
The reserve is eco-aware and focuses on preservation and conservation through non-consumptive activity.
Goodbye, South Africa!
After a light breakfast, you will, alas, be bidding a fond farewell to Victoria Falls, and heading back to Livingstone Airport.
From here you'll be catching a flight to Johannesburg Airport, where you'll be catching your flight home.
We hope you had an amazing time here and wish you all the best on your journey back home!
