We are very happy with the amazing destinations that Bianca put together for us. It was a wonderful trip and we would love to go back and do it again. We can recommend Bianca very highly. The service was excellent. Everything ran 100% as planned.
At some stage I told Lujan that I must be her worst customer. Due to constant changes, not to say late booking. And I wanted to be everywhere not knowing the place. Can only give an excellent mark. Trip was Chile actually with a night in Buenos due to connecting flight. This was one of few trips I let organize for myself but didn't have time to investigate options: I consisted of 4 locations for three weeks: Atacama/Easter Island?Patagnonia/Santiago. Thanks for help, if I were to identify place wouldn't see half of that :-)Read More Read More Less

Well, our trip to Morocco has unfortunately come to an end. Far too soon! We really enjoyed our experience very much. Every step of our journey was faultless, so we would like to thank Kamal and the various vendors he used, for ensuring that everything went well. We were even more impressed because it was all arranged so last minute on our part but Kamal still managed to tweak the itinerary to our satisfaction and make all the necessary bookings over the popular travel period before Christmas.
A special mention should go to Oumar, our driver from Snoubi Travelling, who’s driving style is very safe and considerate and therefore allowed us to totally relax during the long distances we covered. He is a true gentleman, and I would highly recommend his services. When you spend 12 days in the company of a stranger, it is important that the customers feel comfortable with him. And we certainly did.
We have no complaints about any of the accommodation. Generally it was all fine. A highlight, however, would have to be Riad Tafilag in Taroudant. This is really an excellent establishment. The architecture and interior design is fabulous, and with all the beautiful nooks and crannies created a very homely feel, where we felt comfortable to just ‘chill’. However, what is more important is the quality of the cooking, which was probably the best we experienced in all of our trip. The chef (she is way better than just a cook!) created some exquisite dishes over the 2 days we were there. She never repeated herself, and she introduced some very interesting twists to the dishes. The staff at this riad are well-trained, professional, friendly, intelligent and articulate. My daughters and I learnt so much of contemporary Morocco from them. This is an important aspect of every trip we take.
Lastly, I should mention the wonderful experience at the Madu Luxury Desert Camp in Merzouga which allowed us to spend a night in the Moroccan Sahara, with great service, music and camel rides provided by the friendly staff.
