Explore Enchanting Lisbon
Meet your guide at the lobby of your hotel in the morning for your private walking tour of Lisbon!
Begin in the city center and head to one of Lisbon’s hills, known for its unique and picturesque vibe.
Here, you’ll visit the Cathedral of Lisbon (Sé de Lisboa), a 12th century building built after the conquest of Lisbon from the Moors in 1147. Continue up the hill towards St. George’s Castle, from where you can enjoy one the best views over the city!
It was here that Lisbon started, spreading down the hill and towards to the river during the Roman occupation.
After this, your tour will continue towards Chiado, Lisbon’s commercial district, with lots of history and stories to tell, as this was the place where writers and philosophers used to gather to discuss their ideas in the 20th century.
Discover the Fairytale Town of Sintra
Today you’ll discover the fairytale town of Sintra, located outside Lisbon, and considered one of the most romantic and mysterious places in Portugal!
Walk through its town center, populated with local crafts shops, pastry shops and restaurants.
Here, you can visit the National Palace of Sintra.
Going up the mountain, through its lush vegetation, you’ll reach the Moorish Castle. A bit up the mountain, one of the most emblematic palaces in Portugal, known for its unique architecture: the Pena Palace.
On your way down, you’ll pass by the Quinta da Regaleira, which deserves a visit!
After enjoying an active morning, it’s time to head to the next stop: Cascais.
Have a delicious fish and seafood lunch at one of the restaurants located by the sea.
The return to Lisbon along a very special and scenic road called Marginal.
Visit Magnificent Coimbra on Your Way to Porto
This morning your driver will be waiting for you at the lobby of your hotel in Lisbon to take you to Porto by private transfer.
Along the way you’ll stop in the city of Coimbra for a visit of this unique city and for lunch.
Coimbra is a beautiful and charming city considered one of the most ancient university towns in the world!
The meeting point with the local guide will be at the University, the main attraction of this city. It displays a tremendous amount of history and knowledge that has been accumulated within its walls.
A must see is the University’s Baroque Library with an incredible collection of over 200.000 books stored in incredible carved and gilded bookshelves.
The Chapel of Saint Michael next door is also worth the visit, as well as a nice walk within the old medieval streets of Coimbra's ancient historical centre.
After the tour you’ll continue your trip towards Porto!

Drive around the most beautiful and interesting quarters of Porto. You will also get the chance to stop at some of Porto’s most beautiful belvederes.
Later on, head to Taylor's Wine Cellar for a private visit and tasting. For many people, it’s the most important port wine producer due to the quality of its exquisite wines.
Then, climb the iconic Porto Bridge together with a guide and all the safety equipment.
Go Hiking in the Gorgeous Douro Valley Wine Region
What better way to get acquainted with the stunning landscape of the Douro Valley wine region than to explore it on foot?
During a non-taxing guided hiking tour to the Douro region in Portugal you will have spectacular views of the surrounding hills and valleys.
After your vineyard walk comes the opportunity to learn about the wine making process used at a local wine estate.
Then, settle yourselves amid the grape vines for a delicious picnic lunch prepared using fresh, local produce and accompanied by fine Douro wines, naturally.
After lunch and before heading back to Porto, you’ll still have time to enjoy a 1-hour regular (non-private) river cruise along the Douro River, to enjoy the surrounding landscapes from a different and truly peaceful perspective.
See the Picturesque Towns of Nazare and Obidos
This morning our driver will pick you up at your hotel to take you on a private transfer back to Lisbon.
Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to stop at two very unique and picturesque towns: Nazaré and Óbidos!
The long sandy half-moon shaped beach of Nazaré, this is the beach in Portugal that preserves the more colorful fishing traditions.
Facing the sea on the right you will see an impressive headland.
This is Sítio, which provides one of the most famous views of the Portuguese coast.
After enjoying a delicious lunch in Nazaré, head towards Óbidos, a very picturesque and well preserved medieval town.
Back in Lisbon, stay at Parque das Nações, reborn into a futuristic glass-and-steel district, home to some wonderful examples of modern architecture. There is also one of the world's most spectacular aquariums nearby – Oceanário de Lisboa – which is a mandatory stop!
