Carmen handled everything perfectly. She arrived at our hotel on time, and took care of us personally. It was a long drive from Windhoek to Sossusvlei, so we got a chance to talk with her about Namibia, about her local company, about what to expect. She was both knowledgeable and personable, so it was a very pleasant drive. When we arrived at the Dead Valley Lodge, we again found that the arrangements she had made provided the perfect accommodation. I would definitely recommend.
