Are you an SEO genius looking for a new experience? Are you interested in developing an integrating your SEO strategy at a travel startup? Can you see yourself working alongside a multinational team of highly motivated, fun and talented professionals? What will you be doing?

  • Develop and implement sound SEO strategies, on and off page, that produce results that directly align with the company goals and values.

  • Technical analyses and work with the development team to improve the web pages/website speed

  • Ensure all web pages are crawlable by search engines by having easy-to-navigate breadcrumbs, have a clean URL structure, use proper indexation tags and have proper pagination.

  • Generate regular reports to show the performance of our strategy

  • Use different SEO tools to improve our results

  • Create keywords lists to optimize existing content and work with travel writers to implement content that is relevant for our travelers and improved SEO ranking

  • Create and implement strategic link building campaigns.

  • Create fundament for technical SEO and grow the number of quality visitors.

  • Look for opportunities in the market to improve and start new initiatives.

 

What will make you a good match?

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in SEO

  • English Fluent both written and spoken

  • Be able to think creative while developing SEO Strategy

  • Knowledge and understanding of Google’s algorithm changes

  • Advanced knowledge of (technical) SEO best practice, on-site and off-site

  • Familiar with keyword research, competitive analyses, and website audits.

  • Knowledge of technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Search metrics, Google Webmaster Tools and SEMrush etc.

  • Experience in implementing Link Building strategies

  • Understanding HTML/CSS

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication and time-management skills

  • Ability to work with team members and take initiative on ideas

Performance Marketing Specialist | Start: February

What will you be doing?

  • SEA is one of our major acquisition channels, you'll be responsible for your own campaigns

  • Ongoing management of SEM accounts, including keyword selection and campaign optimization

  • Create and analyse (keyword) performance reports on weekly and monthly level

  • Steady analysis of performance and improving both campaigns and increase conversion rates on our site

  • Proactively identify opportunities and work closely with key stakeholders to implement them in order to achieve growth and optimize the portfolio

  • Analyse and measure the success of campaigns with different analytics tools

  • Report on relevant KPIs

As Dutch Speaking Travel Manager at trip.me you create connections between travelers that are interested in tailor-made trips and local travel experts who organize them. You help trip.me to start the Dutch Market by managing your own portfolio of destinations worldwide. Your main responsibility is to find and onboard the best Dutch and English speaking partners into our network and to build strong relationships. With current partners you are in direct contact to support, give advice and help them to grow to their full potential. Also, you consult and assist travelers before, during or after their trip.
