Welcome to Bosnia and Herzegovina!

Upon your arrival at Sarajevo International Airport, you will be greeted by your driver and transferred to your hotel in the city. Check into your hotel and then head out to explore the city.



You will have free time to explore the area or to do a bit of shopping. Enjoy beautiful Sarajevo by night by strolling the streets, eating some delicious local food, or simply relaxing in your hotel.

Hiking to Lukomir Village

Wake up early and head out on the exciting first full day in Bosnia and Herzegovina! Today is all about hiking and you'll be exploring the gorgeous countryside on foot. Begin your journey at Umoljani Village. Stunning greenery and rolling pastures will surround you as far as the eye can see.



You'll hike through beautiful landscapes on a well-groomed trail. Although the beginning is uphill, you won't mind because of all the beauty around you. Stop at Lukomir Village where you'll reset and eat lunch. After, head back down the mountain for a leisurely return trip.

Sarajevo - Tunnel Of Hope - Trebevic  

Discover Captivating Sarajevo

Today, you'll be touring Sarajevo to learn all about the city's rich culture and history. Start with a delicious breakfast while slowly waking up, then head out on your first walking tour where you'll visit sites like the Baščaršija Square, Sebilj Foutain, the oldest street in Sarajevo, and the old Orthodox Church. Your local guide will captivate you with exciting stories of the past and answer any questions you might have.



After lunch, it's time for a second tour in which you'll visit the abandoned Olympic bobsled track, the Yellow Fortress, and the Tunnel of Hope.

Adventure Rafting on the Neretva River

In the morning, you'll drive from Sarajevo to Konjic, a small town not far away. Here, you'll have breakfast before gearing up for the exciting adventure white water rafting. Your guide will take you through safety procedures then set you loose on the wild river. 



You'll paddle along the Neretva River past untouched greenery and over rocky riverbeds. In some places, the rapids will become wild and you'll get an incredible adrenaline rush as you zoom through. This is surely one of the best adventures you could have in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Scenic Bike Ride on the Outskirts of Sarajevo

After a heart-pumping experience the day before, it's time for a more peaceful experience - scenic bike riding in Sarajevo's beautiful nature. You'll meet with your group in the morning and get your bike gear together. You'll set out on your trip for about 25 km of beautiful cycling.



Along the way, you'll pass historic buildings and lush greenery. Your guide will be sure to point out anything of high significance to you. Take a lovely picnic break for lunch and relax. Hit the trail once more, alternating between gravel and paved roads to get back to Sarajevo. Enjoy a calm night back at the hotel.

A Final Day in Sarajevo

On your last day, you'll have free time to explore the parts of Sarajevo that you might have missed. Visit the tomb of Romeo and Juliet, the gorgeous Sarajevo Roses, or the famous assassination spot. You can also visit Sniper Alley and other significant remnants of the war.



Make sure to spend some time wandering the streets, listening to the talented buskers along the way, and get some delicious food to eat before being transferred to the airport for your flight home, but not without memories that will last you a lifetime.
