Bosnia and Herzegovina Reviews Of Our Trav

Carolyn G., October 2018

We were very pleased with our drivers and guide.. Accommodations either in old town or just outside old town areas provided us with ample opportunities to go out and explore further on our own each and every day. We were also pleased with the pace of our 18 day tour organized and planned by Radoslav. Recommended places for our dinners in the evenings gave us the opportunity to eat local and national dishes. This was indeed a truly wonderful trip from start to finish.

His father drove us everywhere for a week, always on time and courteous

Ian S., October 2018

Good customer service. Personal touch was taking us to the airport for a very early morning flight.

Prompt to my complaint and take care of most.
The trip to Bulgaria was good, but the Romania trip was not well planned and disappointing. He did not use local guide or driver. We were lost at times & the young Bulgarian guide was assigned for the Romania portion. We definitely didn’t get our money’s worth and wasted our time. We did see the two castles and the parliament, but our guide didn’t really provide added value, except she got our tickets ahead of time. We feel that we should entile to partial refund of the Romania portion. The first day was nothing, stuck in traffic or lost in trying to find the small hotel. As we drove by status or anything or interest, she usually point out too late for us to even take a photo. There was never photo stops. When we joined other group tours, the guide usually do that. We did enjoyed the service of our driver and the experienced Bulgarian guide, I wish they had included a visit or two of museums which should not increase the cost . We had a whole day by ourselves, a half day tour would have been better use of time in Nessebar. Hope they will plan better for future travelers.
